Jul. 8--LEIPSIC -- Leonard Voss Jr.'s livelihood comes from harvesting the bounties of the Delaware Bay.
He started in the commercial fishing industry by his father's side when he was 10.
Several decades later, like his father and his brother and his uncle, the Smyrna native relies on the health of the water to provide a healthy income.
Leipsic, he said, is the center of the state's fishing industry, with about 12 active watermen.
