CALYX TECHNOLOGY INC., SAN JOSE, CALIFORnia, also known as Calyx Software, and Ellie Mae Inc., Dublin, California, announced they "have fully resolved their dispute" in the form of a settlement to end Calyx's lawsuit against Ellie Mae.

In a joint statement, the two firms described the settlement as "mutually beneficial in allowing both companies to focus on serving their respective customers."
