WALES: Polish workers hurt in racist gang attack.(News)

THREE Polish workers were last night recovering after a racist street attack.

One was hit over the head with a bottle in the Flint town centre fracas.

Two were rushed to the Countess of Chester Hospital with facial injuries, with one detained overnight.

A gang of 10 local men began hurling racist taunts as the three workers walked towards the junction of Coleshill Street and Earl Street in Flint at 10pm on Wednesday.

Police said a fight broke out, not far from the town's Pavilion leisure centre.
