Calyx warns on results as it pays EU16m for Mentec.(BUSINESS)

CALYX, the ITC group, has spent EU16m on the purchase of IT services company Mentec, but has warned that its results for the current year will be marginally below current expectations.
Mentec is a long-established Irish IT services provider with a large SME client base in both Ireland and the UK.
The acquisition is to be financed by EU9.75m in debt and EU2.25m in issued shares. A further EU3m in cash and EU1m in shares will be issued in June 2007.
