STAFF at a city after-school club, dubbed "outstanding" by Ofsted, have revealed the secret of their success - inspiring children to switch off their TV sets and engage in creative hands-on fun instead.
To mark the launch of the annual report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools, workers behind the William Law Out of School Club said the glowing report was also a testament to the dedication of the team of 14 staff.
