Boyfriend is all hung up on biorhythm phone line

Dear Zazz: Last week I missed my parents' 30th anniversary party because of my foolish and stubborn boyfriend.

We live together, and he calls the biorhythm phone line every day.

I don't mind that he does this, but when he hears a bad forecast, he stays in bed all day to avoid "critical" situations.

He has a right to do his own thing. But now, he calls to find out my biorhythms, too, and if there's the slightest chance for doom, he insists that I stay in, too.
