This unbelievable photo from history is from a time when cocaine was used a medicine. Long before we understood the addictive properties of cocaine it was used in everything from soda to these toothache drops. It’s hard to believe that just over a hundred years ago that cocaine was available to the public and marketed as a pain killer and all over healer. It wasn’t just available though, it was heavily produced and marketed.
