It could be a forest from mythology or Medieval Times, but in reality this haunting image came from the top of Glastenbury Mountain in Vermont. A section of the Appalachian Trail makes its way across this mountain’s summit. Known in these parts as the Long Trail, the 272-mile hiking trail runs the length of Vermont.
