Independent Roman Catholic, comprehensive, coed. Awards bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Founded 1895. Setting: 75-acre urban campus. Endowment: $24.7 million. Total enrollment: 3,025. Faculty: 298 (128 full-time, 170 part-time). Student-undergrad faculty ratio is 11:1. 2,026 applied, 49% were admitted. 17% from top 10% of their high school class, 51% from top quarter, 79% from top half.
