Box, John
Box, John (fl. 1333–d.1375). English mason. He worked on Westminster Palace and the Priory of Christ Church, Canterbury, Kent. He probably designed the fine chantry-chapel of Archbishop Stratford, Canterbury Cathedral (c.1350), and also worked with Yeveley on the Black Prince's chantry-chapel in the crypt there (after 1363).
