The fencing master is the aristocratic Don Jaime de Astarloa (Antonutti) who secretly takes on female pupil, Adela de Otero (Serna), with whom he begins to fall in love. But when another pupil is murdered by de Astarloa's signature thrust to the throat, Don Jaime finds himself caught up in a bewildering world of political intrigue.
