Krejči, Josef, Bohemian organist and composer; b. Milostin, Dec. 17, 1821; d. Prague, Oct. 19, 1881. He studied with Josef Proksch in Prague, and was active as a church organist. In 1858 he became director of the Organ School in Prague, and in 1865 of the Prague Cons. He wrote mainly sacred choruses and organ pieces.
