antisecretory drug
antisecretory drug (anti-si-kree-tŏri) n. any drug that reduces the normal rate of secretion of a body fluid, usually one that reduces acid secretion into the stomach. Such drugs include antimuscarinic drugs, H2-receptor antagonists (see antihistamine), and proton-pump inhibitors.
