Career:

Actor. Los Angeles Repertory Theatre, managing director for ten years, artistic director for two years; also worked as producer, director, writer, and stage designer. Appeared as Korath in Star Trek the Experience: The Klingon Encounter, part of the attraction Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton, Las Vegas, NV, beginning c. 1998. Community volunteer and aided in efforts to construct theatres. Founding member of the Enterprise Blues Band and lead singer, backing vocalist, and ukelele and harmonica player; with the group, appeared on tour, at fan conventions, and at charity events. Some sources state that Armstrong is af- filiated with the Belgian Voyage Club (BVC, a Belgian Star Trek fan club). Military service: Served in Vietnam; as a noncommissioned officer, ran a theatre at Fort Carson, CO.
