Born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Education: Studied literature and communications at McGill University; studied film at Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Career:

Cinematographer. Worked as a camera operator and on 16mm films; photographer for commercials and music videos. Also known as Steven Reizes.

Member:

Canadian Society of Cinematographers.

Awards, Honors:

Student Award, Festival des Films du Monde, 1981, for Second Story Man; Nomination for Golden Sheaf, Yorkton Short Film and Video Festival, 1994, for Gambit; Gemini Award nomination, best photography in a dramatic program or series, Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television, 1997, for Little Criminals.
