Åndalsnes
Åndalsnes (ôn´dälsnās´), town, Møre og Romsdal co., W Norway, at the head of the Romsdalfjord. It is a popular tourist resort. In World War II, the town was heavily damaged when the Germans pushed back (1940) an Allied landing.
