Sarvamedha
Sarvamedha. Hindu sacrifice of universal or power-creating efficacy. It is described in Śatapatha Brāhmaṇa 13. 7. 1 ff. It lasts ten days, and consists in the self-offering of the creator Svayambhu on behalf of his creation.
