Acrotretidina
Acrotretidina (class Inarticulata, order Acrotretida) A suborder of inarticulate brachiopods that have phosphatic shells. Throughout life they are attached to the sea-bed by a pedicle. They first appeared in the Lower Cambrian. There are three super families, seven families, and about 50 genera.
