The last person known to have seen Anne Frank alive, was a member of the Jewish resistance in occupied Netherlands; with Anne, was deported to Westerbork, then Auschwitz; while working as a nurse in Nazi camps, saw Anne in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp a few days before she died of typhus (spring 1945).
