American actress. Name variations: Mrs. W.L. Abingdon. Born Nov 4, 1877, in New York, NY; died Nov 7, 1961, in New York, NY; dau. of Mrs. E.L. Fernandez ([nee Price], then a well-known theatrical agent, 1852–1909); m. W.L. Abingdon.
As a child, made stage debut in Girls and Boys (1883); appeared as Puck in Augustin Daly's Midsummer Night's Dream; other plays include The Girl I Left Behind Me, May Blossom, Arms and the Man, Man and Superman and The Prescott Proposals; on death of mother, took over her theatrical agency.
