Born c. 300 bce; dau. of Stratonice I (c. 319–254 bce) and Seleucus I Nicator, Seleucid king; granddau. of Phila I; m. her uncle Antigonus II Gonatus (son of Demetrius Poliorcetes and Phila I, and brother of Stratonice), king of Macedonia; children: Demetrius II of Macedonia (who m. Stratonice II).
