Brazilian poet. Name variations: Auta de Sousa; (pseudonyms) Ida Salúcio; Hilário das Neves. Born Sept 12, 1876, in Macaiba, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil; died of tuberculosis, Feb 7, 1901, in Rio Grande do Norte.
Was member of O Biscoito literary group in Rio Grande do Norte state and wrote for newspapers; deeply religious, published her only volume of poetry, Horto (1900).
