Made Broadway debut in Lolita (1981), followed by regional tour of The Music Man; off-broadway, appeared with such experimental companies as Caffe Cino, LaMama, and Living Theater; portrayed the serial murderer in The Honeymoon Killers; other films include Seven Beauties, The Deer Hunter, Sticky Fingers and Miami Blues.
