Starred opposite Valentino in Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse; starred in features directed by husband; films include Not My Sister, The Arab, Old Wives for New, Turn to the Night, The Prisoner of Zenda, Where the Pavement Ends, Scaramouche, The Garden of Allah, The Great Divide and The Magician; was co-director on Love in Morocco (1933); retired after husband's death (1950).
