She Hate Me
She Hate Me ★½ 2004 (R)
Spike Lee's latest film is about corporate whistleblowers. No wait, it's about the AIDS epidemic. Hold on a second, it's about Watergate and lesbians and fatherhood and the Mafia. Confused? So is this movie. John Henry Armstrong is a vicepresident of a drug company. After blowing the whistle and getting fired, Armstrong finds a second career as a stud for lesbians who want to be impregnated. While the movie touches on some very interesting material, Lee randomly jumps from one subject to the next, creating a rather schizophrenic hodgepodge of political rants. 138m/C VHS, DVD .
