Earnest urban drama about a young man who needs quick cash and turns to selling guns to get it. (“Strapped” in street lingo means both carrying a gun and needing money.) Diquan's (Woodbine) pregnant girlfriend is in jail for selling crack and he doesn't have the bail money.
