Brevik, Tor

Brevik, Tor, Norwegian composer, conductor, and music critic; b. Oslo, Jan. 22, 1932. He studied violin, viola, and theory at the Oslo Cons, before completing his training in Sweden. In 1958 he founded the Oslo Youth Chamber Orch. He was also active as a music critic.
