Name customarily given to set of 6 str. qts. by Mozart (No.14 in G, K387 (1782), No.15 in D minor, K421 (1783), No.16 in E♭, K428 (1783), No.17 in B♭, Hunt, K458 (1784), No.18 in A, K464 (1785), No.19 in C, Dissonanzen, K465 (1785)), because he ded. them to Haydn, who played 1st vn. in perfs. at Mozart's house ( Mozart played the va.).
