Leiviskä, Helvi (Lemmikki)
Leiviskä, Helvi (Lemmikki), Finnish composer; b. Helsinki, May 25, 1902; d. there, Aug. 12, 1982. She studied under Erkki Melartin at the Helsinki Music Inst. (graduated, 1927) and with Arthur Willner in Vienna; then studied privately with Funtek and Ma-detoja. She was a librarian at the Helsinki Academy of Music (1933–66).
