Loqueville, Richard
Loqueville, Richard, French composer; b. place and date unknown; d. Cambrai, 1418. He became the harp tutor to the son of the Duke of Bar in 1410, and also taught plainchant to the duke’s choirboys. In 1413 he became a music teacher at Cambrai Cathedral. His extant works comprise mass movements, 2 motets, 4 rondeaux, and a ballade.
