Maiboroda, Georgi
Maiboroda, Georgi, Ukrainian composer and teacher; b. Pelekhovshchina, near Poltava, Dec. 1, 1913; d. Kiev, Dec. 6, 1992. He was a student of Revutsky at the Kiev Cons, (graduated, 1941). In 1952 he joined its faculty.
