Robyn M. Austin told CA: ‘My work on LifeChimes: A Collection of Simple Truths was influenced by the stress that I noticed was overpowering people's lives. No matter the audience I was working with or the private clients with whom I was consulting, I became more and more aware of how their stressors were challenging their ability to maximize their potential. I believe that once my awareness has been raised, I have an opportunity to either work with or ignore this new awareness; I chose to meet this opportunity by providing an easy-to-read, stress-busting book for people who need short breaks from their stressors."

When asked the most surprising thing she has learned as a writer, Austin answered: ‘How therapeutic and inspiring it feels to finish each stage of the process, from writing to self-publishing.
