Pala Copeland has been practicing Tantra since 1987 and teaching others about the practice since 1997. In their seminars, Copeland and her patner Al Link emphasize the practice of Tantra in a committed, monogamous relationship. Their book Soul Sex: Tantra for Two, illustrates how to create a loving relationship using Tantra as the base. Tantra is the ancient Eastern practice of prolonged sexual experience and sexual unity.
The couple coauthored Soul Sex: Tantra for Two. In Soul Sex Copeland and Link offer techniques and information on Tantra and how to make relationships more spiritual and loving. Library Journal contributor Martha Cornog noted, "Their book concentrates on heterosexual relationships and making sexuality a focus in one's partnership."
