When she is twenty-seven Trixie, a jewelry designer, answers a personal ad and begins a relationship with Jacob Grace, a writer. They have much in common and fall in love, but Trixie is worried about the fortune she received as a twelve year old. "Honest, raw and engaging, this is a compelling first novel," concluded Kristine Huntley in a Booklist review.
