SIDELIGHTS: Lisa Ann Hepner told CA: "I have always dreamed of being a writer yet was afraid that it wouldn't be self-supporting. After seven years in a stressful job in the medical field, I decided to take a leap of faith and quit my job to pursue my writing career. I had three works in progress when the events of September 11, 2001, happened, which prompted me to compile a book about the spiritual perspective of terrorism. I wanted to help others stay centered in peace and love. I write from the heart. All of my works are spiritual in nature. They are about overcoming adversity and seeking spiritual solutions to human problems and events. I am currently working on other inspirational products to complement my books."
