Grounds, Sir Roy Burman
Grounds, Sir Roy Burman (1905–81). Australian architect. He made Modernism acceptable in that country with his early houses (1950s) and the Academy of Science Building, Canberra (1957–9). Among his later works, the Arts Centre, Melbourne (1959–84), may be mentioned.
