Pagot, François-Narcisse

Pagot, François-Narcisse (1780–1844). French architect. A pupil of de la Barre, he became Architect to the City of Orléans, where he built the Palais de Justice, Grain-Market, Abattoir, Library, and Lunatic Asylum. He also laid out the Botanic Gardens and completed the portal of the Cathedral. Most of these works were carried out in the 1820s.
