Patrington, Robert (fl. 1352–85). English master-mason. In 1368 he was appointed Master-Mason at York Minster, where he completed the presbytery. He was probably responsible for the later parts of St Patrick's Church, Patrington, Yorks. (1368–71), in which case he was one of the most accomplished designers of his time, for the building is unusually beautiful and uncommonly homogeneous.
