Association of Electronic Journalists President's Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)
Purpose: To help RTNDF members embody and uphold the standards of ethical journalism. To promote leadership in the newsroom. Focus: Journalism. Qualif.: Applicants must be currently enrolled as college sophomores, juniors, and seniors in good standing. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on academic standing and financial need.
Funds Avail.: $2,500. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply: Applicant must complete the application form and provide evidence proving that he/she is currently enrolled. Applicants must submit one to three examples showing journalistic skills, totaling 15 minutes of editing and producing, and a list of colleagues; a one-page statement explaining why applicant seeks a career in electronic journalism; and a letter of reference from the dean or faculty sponsor. N.S. Beinstock Fellowships (Undergraduate/Fellowship)
Purpose: To recognize a promising minority journalist in radio or television news. Focus: Journalism. Qualif.: Applicants must be journalism students or senior broadcast news and mid-career professionals. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the completed application form and completed requirements.
Funds Avail.: $2,500. To Apply: Applicants must complete the application form. Applicants must submit a resume; a cover letter with the reasons for seeking a fellowship and how the award will be used; a letter of recommendation from the news manager; a sample of the best work relevant to the fellowship, not exceeding 15 minutes on audio (cassette or CD) or video (VHS or DVD), and accompanied by scripts. Ed Bradley Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Broadcast News Management Fellowships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)
