Congressional Scholarships Award (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial support for students who wish to attend the Institute on Business and Government Affairs (IBGA) at Georgetown University. Focus: Business; Local government. Qualif.: Applicant must be an undergraduate student. Criteria: Selection will be based on leadership skills, academics, campus and community involvement.

Eben Tisdale Fellowships (Graduate, Undergraduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: To make public policy professionals more competent in both policy advocacy and senior management.

Focus: Technology. Qualif.: Applicant must be a junior or senior student interested in public policy and the high-tech industry, or in a graduate program. Criteria: The Advisory Committee will evaluate submitted materials.

Funds Avail.: $5000. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form; official academic transcripts; evaluation forms from two academic references (in a sealed envelope, author's signature must be across the seal); a 500-word statement on reasons of wanting to be a Tisdale fellow. Deadline: February 15.
