Leslie Baranowski Scholarships for Professional Excellence (All/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support and recognize commitment in improving and enhancing the quality of infusion care. Focus: Nursing; Health care services. Qualif.: Applicants must be a member of INS. Criteria: Applicants are selected based on the Scholarship Committee’s review of the application materials.

Funds Avail.: $2,500. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply:

Applicants must submit a completed application form; a summary (two-page, double-spaced) on how he/she will use the scholarship award to demonstrate/facilitate leadership in the community of infusion. Deadline: February 1.

Remarks: Do not include applicant’s name and the affiliated institution in the summary.

Gardner Foundation INS Education Scholarship (All/Scholarship)

Purpose: To support and recognize a commitment to continuing education. Focus: Nursing; Health care services. Qualif.: Applicants must be a member of INS. Criteria: Applicants are selected based on the Scholarship Committees’ review on the application materials.

Funds Avail.: $1,000. Number Awarded: 2. To Apply:

Applicants must submit a completed application form available at the website; an evidence of acceptance into a collegiate program; and a summary (two-page, double-spaced) of professional goals and how continuing education (collegiate, post-collegiate) will enhance his/her practice. Deadline: February 1.

Remarks: Do not include applicant’s name and the affiliated institution in the summary.
