College Education Loan Scholarships For U.S. Resident Students (Undergraduate/Loan)

Purpose: To promote the cause of college education in the Jain community. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be born in Jain Family or actively practicing Jainism; graduating U.S. High School senior; have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale; or a minimum SAT score of 1500 out of max. 2400; or Minimum ACT score of 20; enrolled full-time Undergraduate student in U.S.; a U.S. permanent resident or U.S. Citizen; and in need for financial assistance. Criteria: Selection is based on the application.

Funds Avail.: $2,000 for the first year and $1,000 annually for next three years of undergraduate studies. Number

Purpose: To assist a Jain student for further studies. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicant must be an Indian student pursuing higher education in USA. Criteria: Selection is based on the submitted applications and materials.

Funds Avail.: $2000. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed Loan Application form along with required documents. Deadline: September 1 and February 1.
