Nancy Curry Scholarships (Postgraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide School Nutrition Association members with the opportunity to explore higher education options with the help of financial assistance. Focus: Food service careers. Qualif.: Applicant must be a member or dependent of a member of SNA for at least one year; pursuing a school foodservicerelated field; accepted at technical/vocational institution or university/college; have a satisfactory academic record; and must express the desire to make school foodservice a career. Criteria: Selection is based on the application.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. Number Awarded: 1. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application along with the required materials and informations. Deadline: April 15.

GED Jump Start Scholarships (Other/Scholarship)

Purpose: To empower SNA members to stay in school foodservice and advance their careers, and make members eligible for college-level scholarships. Focus: Food service careers. Qualif.: Applicant must be a member of SNA; have not yet receive a high school diploma or a GED; planning on getting GED within one year of receiving the scholarship; and must not have received a GED Jump Start Scholarship in the past. Criteria: The Financial Aid Committee will review applications.

Funds Avail.: $200. Number Awarded: 20. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed application form along with the required materials and information. Deadline: Applications are accepted throughout the year. Contact: Sasha Bleifield, at 800-877-8822 x-104, or sbleifield@ schoolnutrition.org.

Schwan's Food Service Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

SNF Professional Growth Scholarships (Graduate, Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Winston Scholarships (Graduate, Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide School Nutrition Association members with the opportunity to explore higher education options with the help of financial assistance. Focus: Food service careers. Qualif.: Applicant must be employed as a School Food Service Professional; or a the dependent of an employee, employed as a School Food Service Professional; a registered, or have plans to attend an accredited college, university or vocational/technical institution. Criteria: Selection is based on the application.

Funds Avail.: $2500. To Apply: Applicants must submit a completed Winston Scholarship application form along with the required materials and information. Deadline: April 15.
