Brenda S. Bank Educational Workshop Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To enhance archival education. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Eligible applicants are those who are engaged in compensated or volunteer archival work at any level in an institution in the state of Georgia, SGA members employed outside the state of Georgia, graduate students preparing for a career in archives at a college or university in Georgia or SGA students studying outside of Georgia. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the academic performance and financial need.

Funds Avail.: No specific amount. To Apply: Applicants must submit: completed application form; a cover letter; letter of recommendation; resume; 500-word or less essay discussing how scholarship will enhance their overall professional development and/or what they hope to bring back to their current and/or anticipated work from the experience. Criteria: Recipients are selected based on the academic performance and financial need.
