seborrhoea
seborrhoea (seb-ŏ-ree-ă) n. excessive secretion of sebum by the sebaceous glands. The glands are enlarged, especially on the nose and central face. The condition predisposes to acne and is common at puberty. Seborrhoea is sometimes associated with a kind of eczema (seborrhoeic eczema).
