They include: the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO, Rome); International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA, Vienna); the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO, Montreal); International Labour Organization (ILO, Geneva); International Maritime Organization (IMO) (IMO, London); International Monetary Fund (IMF, Washington, D.C.); International Telecommunication Union (ITU, Geneva); United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD, Geneva); United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO, Paris); United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR, Geneva); United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF, New York); Universal Postal Union (UPU, Bern); World Bank (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development or IBRD, New York) and its own agencies – the International Development Association (IDA) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC); World Food Council (WFC, Rome); World Food Programme (WFP, Rome); World Health Organization (WHO, Geneva); and the World Trade Organization (WTO, Geneva). For internal administration in its main offices in New York, the United Nations has a Secretariat staffed by international personnel.
