CEPIS Council of European Professional Informatics Societies. Thirty-six professional informatics societies, from 32 European countries, are members of CEPIS. Together they represent more than 200 000 ICT professionals. CEPIS administers the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL), a qualification for computer users, and the European Certification of Informatics Professionals (EUCIP), a first level qualification for IT professionals.
