Jacqueline Beaujeu-Garnier (zhäklēn´ bōzhö´-gärnyā´), 1917–95, French geographer. A professor of geography at the Sorbonne, she was the author of several texts, including Urban Geography (tr. 1967), Geography of Population (tr. 1967), France (1975), and Methods and Perspectives in Geography (tr. 1976). She also directed the French Regional Analysis Research Center and was president (1983–95) of the Geographical Society, Paris.
