Yizkor
Yizkor (Heb., ‘he shall remember’). Jewish memorial prayer. The Yizkor is said for close relatives on the last day of Passover, on the second day of Shavuʿot, on Shemini Atzeret (see SUKKOT), and on the Day of Atonement.
