African-American basketball player. Born June 13, 1964, in Abbeville, Mississippi.
Won a team gold medal at FIBA World championships (1986, 2002), Goodwill Games (1986) and Pan American Games (1987); at Seoul Olympics, won a gold medal in team competition (1988); joined the WNBA Phoenix Mercury (1996). Named Kim Perrot Sportsman of the Year (2002).
